Sometimes being a little risky is good for business, and the Portland Pickles Baseball marketing team is proving that pushing the boundaries might be a good thing, because it’s working.
By celebrating things like “Wiener Night” with hot dog specials and having fun, they are selling out!
First THC Drink in US Sports
The Portland Pickles have partnered with Cycling Frog to sell THC seltzers at their 2024 home games, that already started June 18th.
This is the first legal sale of THC beverages in a sports venue. Two flavors, Passionfruit and Lemon, each with 2 mg THC and 4 mg CBD, will be available.
Tattoo Tuesday
If you’re willing to get a tattoo of the Portland Pickles Baseball mascot anywhere on your body, then you don’t want to miss “Tattoo Tuesday” and I’m sure it goes without saying that you must really love your team if you’re down for that.
Well, people are actually doing it! This level of devotion to your favorite team is off the charts, and further proves my point that Portland Pickles are doing something right.

Once you start to see the Portland Pickles Baseball shenanigans on social media, it just keeps coming! I’ve never been to a Pickles game, but after seeing all the fun they’re having, it’s on my list. Robot Ai night or Cheese night look the best to me. Here’s more from the Pickles.
