Soup Meets Soul has recently opened their Tigard Restaurant/Deli location with delightful array of comfort food with a healthy twist. The culinary duo behind this stand, Allison Webb and her husband Kevin, bring a wealth of flavor expertise to their creations.

“Food Touches Your Soul”

“I believe that good food touches your soul; you can feel it,” mentioned Chef Allison Webb. The journey began in 2021 during Allison’s maternity leave, where she started crafting these dishes from home with their now 10-month-old son.

Kevin, who previously worked alongside Allison at Mama Mia’s, spends weekdays preparing their dishes entirely from scratch. The process begins at home, where they meticulously chop, sauté, and simmer fresh ingredients to create the bases for their soups.

“We make everything from scratch. Our bases, the gnocchi, everything that can be made from scratch,” she emphasized.

New Menu Specials Weekly

Their weekly offerings at the market showcase a diverse range of flavors, drawing from their extensive repertoire. While popular choices might become regular menu items, they plan to regularly introduce new specials.
