PORTLAND, OR: Harm Reduction in Portland is a disaster, exacerbating the homeless crises and further deepening the massive mental health epidemic we are experiencing in Oregon.
Portland is uniquely susceptible to such mental manipulation, and I’m not talking about just the weather. In this series we will explore Harm Reduction and some of the many reasons why it is failing to deliver as promised.

PORTLAND FIGHTS TO KEEP PASSING OUT “FREE” NEEDLES IN SCHOOL ZONES
That’s right folks, Oregon politicians decided to shoot down a Bill that would have ended the Needles in School Zones. One of the many reasons the recent Bill to block Needle distribution is School Zones was shot down is because some of the distribution teams do it at actual schools in Portland, from our direct observations seeing them do it while playing at the schools/parks with my son in Portland.
BRACE FOR IMPACT – POSITIVE CHANGE IS COMING
We would like to legally destroy the systemic oppression some call “Harm Reduction” like a proverbial wrecking ball. From the ashes should rise a New Program that actually does provide care, and those who just had a panic attack reading my intro, might just come round in the end. We are not the “News” so expect something different.
HARM REDUCTION WAKE UP CALL
To those who support Harm Reduction Programs currently, prepare for a rude awakening. You are hurting people and you’ve been lied to by the very people you trusted to help. They took advantage of your situation and have created an industrial medical complex that rivals that of all militaries combined worldwide. The machine demands more patients and you’re the ones feeding the fire. Let me explain, but first, let’s talk about a recent tragedy and then look at what Harm Reduction means before we move on.
TRAGIC UPDATE ON MISSING TEEN
Yesterday, news broke that yet another missing teen had turned up dead of suspected overdose. Someone’s child is gone and I place blame at the feet of harm reduction. When you have a 14-year-old who has been missing since March, show up dead from a suspected fentanyl overdose, you have a serious problem because this is not an isolated event. Harm reduction is not reducing harm with their current practice of care, or lack thereof.
What is Harm Reduction?
Harm Reduction is the idea that providing “Clean” needles can reduce the spread of things like HIV among users. There is some evidence behind it working, but the way Google AI tells you that it’s “evidence-based, non-judgmental” is a clear sign you’re being told what to think. As someone who influences these kinds of results, I can tell you it’s no mistake that shows up in the first line.
For those who do not get it. In a normal definition you do not see several words justifying it before the actual meaning. It would start with the actual meaning or the action, not waiting until the end of sentence to tell you, and they would cite the studies they are so proud of.
Very clever way to justify it, and turn it into almost an unquestionable “religion” that must be followed, but at what point does it go too far? Does it have top happen in a School Zone? At what point is setting up cheap tables to pass out more supplies become harmful? This is a long conversation, so keep an open mind.
MORE THAN ONE METHOD – TABLES, POTLUCKS, CURB IT
Harm Reduction in Portland does way more than just what they show you in the short clips taken at actual facilities and public distribution tables they set up. They go above and beyond.
- Harm Reduction Portland distributes “Free” Needles at weekly popup with cheap plastics table setups that most people in town know about. However, they do more than that.
- Harm Reduction Portland teams carry them to have the “Free” Needles ready at all times.
- Harm Reduction Portland teams/advocates distribute “Free” Needles at bi-weekly “potluck” style gatherings on school playgrounds, which we have witnessed ourselves. Keep reading.
- Harm Reduction Portland advocates leave boxes of “Free” supplies at the curb for homeless to find. This is way more common than you think, too. It’s wild, but if you walk around Portland enough you can occasionally see boxes of supplies, open, at the road for homeless to find.
In Portland, you will see people put bottles and cans at the road for homeless all the time, or just off the the side of their trash like we do because the homeless always go through it without question. Always. In fact, it’s almost an unspoken law that everyone should separate returnable cans for them so they don’t have to dig, but sometimes you may see a box of supplies with it.
Obviously, people with access to large quantities of medical supplies are trying to “help” if you want to call it that. My assumption is that many who do that, could be part of an NGO needing to make distribution counts look higher, or volunteers giving away the leftover boxes from the supply tables, or both.
SOLD A LIE – THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF YOUR EMOTIONS
You have all been sold a lie by MediMegaCorp. The industrial medical complex has grown so large, that many refer to it as the Medical Mafia. It’s that bad.
Harm Reduction gets funding from multiple sources, including large Opioid Lawsuit payouts. You know, the ones that MediMegaCorp had to pay out for lying to everyone about the opioids and more. Yeah, hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars that are supposed to be reparations for the damage they inflicted.
Instead, those lawsuit payouts are funding things like Harm Reduction, and the numbers are staggering while they provide cheap plastic tables for teams. Not only are the funding numbers high, but so are the number of homeless. Weird. More on that soon.
In this series we intend to show you how adding more “Free” Needles and Pipes with little to no actual care is making the problem worse. Do better, or we will legally remove you and replace you with someone who can get the job done.
SHOW ME THE MONEY
Harm Reduction in Portland receives millions and millions of dollars from these lawsuit payouts, yet all we see are teams with nothing but tables full of needles and supplies. Very little actual care, or at least, not enough that is for sure.
Over 600 Million through 2039. Not including Homeless budgets. However, we believe they directly impact each other.
With that much money, you’d think it would be easier to find actual physical recovery centers and staff to help you in your time of need. Or, maybe more than just a cheap plastic table dispensing supplies.
So where is all of the money going? Welp, we’re going to show you in this series so keep reading and know part 2 and 3 of this story are already under development. Keep reading.
HARM REDUCTION EMBARRASSMENT
If I worked at Harm Reduction, I would not be happy right now with the current state of affairs. They are giving you plastic tables for a “Crisis” response. That is not a “Crisis” response. It’s embarrassing to the emergency response community. It’s gross.
Have you seen the Portland Homeless Map? It’s bad. Complete disarray and lack of understanding when it comes to true “Crisis” response. It’s sad, honestly, and what’s even more bazar is that NGO staff have been recorded chasing and assaulting others who try to help the people who are suffering on “their turf” like they own the territory. It’s wild! Stay tuned for the next article on that.
BETTER SERVICES AND ACTUAL CARE
We know for a fact that better service and care is possible, especially with the budgets at play. As we dismantle the old and busted homeless response teams that are clearly not working, we are going to gut the systems in place behind the crisis to make actual change.
Picture this, instead of just dispensing gear at a cheap sh*tty table, why not have an actual crisis response team.
Ya know, a real one? With medical equipment and care.
Not the ones we have in Portland that pass out “Free” Needles, Pipes, and cigarettes. I mean a real one, that we can be proud of, like the “ER” shows many watch, only actually helping suffering people with their mental and medical health needs.
The most common response I receive is “we’re broke” or “we don’t have the money” when discussing this topic, so let’s touch on that first. Keep reading.
NOTHING TO SHOW BUT AN NGO
It’s not a “Crisis” response, it’s a near pyramid scheme of NGOs with some leaders buying new expensive vehicles to carry their cheap plastic table setup to pass out thousands worth of “Free” medical supplies that will result in another six figures worth of emergency room and ambulance bills we all pay for in the end.
Furthermore, if you look at who’s receiving the funds, it will make you sick. The same owners of the MediMegaCorps that caused the Opioid epidemic are getting large chunks of that payout money back, in the form of Harm Reduction purchases of supplies to give out for “Free” to users, as Patients Bills from the increased number of cases directly tied to the “Free” supplies, and as monthly Medical Insurance payments because if you think a BIG corporation is going to eat the cost of lawsuits, you’re wrong.
PERFECT STORM OF PROFIT
It’s a perfect storm of profit for MediMegaCorp, and many bought into it, hook line and sinker. While our Medical rates go up and up to cover their legal bills, they’re simultaneously taking the “Reparations” money and using it to create more patients while paying themselves for their own supplies. Diabolical.
Absolutely wild in my opinion, and many of you bought it while MediMegaCorp laughs all the way to the bank off the back of our suffering. Kinda like when the Democrats and Rhino Reps sold us the Green Energy Lie so we’d PAY THEM for thicker plastic bags that used to be free.
In Oregon, we all now pay for plastic bags at the store that have 15x MORE Plastic and 500% more Greenhouse Gases. Smart move if you’re a MegaCorp gas company, sucks to be US paying for bags that were free, and now have an exponential impact on the environment on top of a bill. Classic misdirection using misinformation while screaming misinformation.
Just look at how much your bosses are taking while they give you the scraps.

MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS
We’re in a mental health crisis, that much is clear. Solutions are needed, but to grow you must first look in the mirror. Let’s do that.
Harm Reduction Staff are both good and evil, in my opinion. The majority of Harm Reduction staff are good people with strong emotions based on previous traumatic life experiences. However, this makes them uniquely susceptible to manipulation for the nefarious ones in the group.
The ones that got mad at me in the opening, those are the good people, misguided, but still based on true good intentions. However, the ones that laughed at my statements above, you are the problem.
If you got mad, it means you truly care about the situation enough to be emotionally invested to some degree. While those who laughed are spiteful with “I’m going to do it anyway” energy, or worse, the boss/leader who said, “just try and stop us” to protect their profits.
Very different people in the groups, and they do not always see it themselves. That is what we must help them see. When the good harm reduction teams say “NO MORE we know how to do this better“, then we will win immediately, and we will.
MISGUIDED GOOD PEOPLE – SUICIDAL EMPATHY
The people who got mad at my comments above are the good people, it means they’re not in it for the money. They truly believe they are helping. What has happened is a small group has taken control of the rest by manipulating their big hearts. That is also one reason why we see such extreme protesters, some really do believe that screaming on the streets in Portland/Michigan is somehow going to stop the President thousands of miles away. Weird.
Another glaring example of the “cloaked” mental health crisis can be seen in how popular those ER shows are. Pick any one of them, and notice how it’s always a Doctor/Nurse who’s “fighting against all odds to prove they’re right and no one else is listening, they are the only ones who can save the day!!” type energy, and how toxic that really is for a team. Think about it. Everyone is wrong but them. Their coworkers are cheating on their partner. The relationships are usually a disaster because they put it all into their work, and that’s deemed as normal or even what to aspire to be. They eat it up though, and that kind of energy spills over into the streets of Portland in the form of a self-righteous hero complex.
What’s also important to note is how easily someone who’s been hurt or traumatized, or someone who works with traumatized people can be taken advantage of by predators for profit, but at least that makes sense to me. “They” play on your pains and fears, against you, to cloud your mind from reality.
DISTRACTION FROM LOCAL POLITICS
Similar to the current “Distraction” conversation. No, the “Distraction” is a distraction from local politics. They are taking advantage of hatred and finger pointing so you ignore local issues. Did 47 put the Data Centers in Oregon? Or was that Tina Kotek and the gang of Rhinos Republicans? Yeah, that’s what I thought.
Notice how many times Tina Kotek put Trump in her ballot, clearly using your hatred against you. Trump is not the Governor of Oregon and Trump didn’t start the fires, and I am not a maga saying that. In fact, the republicans just kicked me out of the Oregon group for calling them out and supporting a different non-establishment Republican, weird.
Some of the Harm Reduction leaders are doing the same thing. They play to your emotions so you don’t see them taking the money while giving you scraps to provide a “Crisis” response. It’s pathetic, and it’s frustrating for many to see the Harm Reduction teams defend their harmful “care” distribution stations near schools, because it’s leaving a wake of horrors. So self-righteous and entitled they fight to KEEP passing out “Free” Needles in School Zones as student grades tank to lowest in the Nation.
Unfortunately, “they” lead many astray. Some are so misguided, they don’t even try to pass out recovery literature, no AA or NA meeting maps, no housing forms, no bed maps, nothing, just supplies to use.
You’re retarded if you think that’s the “best” solution, yeah I said it. We are not the News, and we intend to expose the failures along with the help from actual Harm Reduction advocates that are sick of getting scraps to handle a real crisis.
We know we will defeat the current systemic abuse of “Harm Reduction” because we’re not trying to end the actual harm reduction. However, it’s way past time to modernize the approach, end the corruption, re-gear the squad with the right tools for a true Crisis response, and focus on what works. By not trying to defund the program, we will be able to reallocate said funds to actual care, or MediMegaCorp may see a lot more Mega Lawsuits.

RELOCATE FUNDS FOR CARE
We’re going to take a good portion of the “free needle” supply budget and use it for actual care (reallocate for the sticklers, but that’s why it will work). Watch. It’s simple, not diabolical. They tricked you into paying them using Reparations money while many of the Harm Reduction teams are volunteers. Yep, many don’t even get paid! Lots of the NGOs do, but not all of the voluteers, and some of the paid participants have their hand in the cookie jar as seen above.
We will defeat the current systemic Harm Reduction failures and from the ashes will rise an elite crisis response team we can all be proud of as Oregonians, paid for by MediMegaCorp who has played a big role in getting us here. At this point in the available data, it’s going to be negligent if they don’t make these kinds of changes, soon!

Last week, we received a HOT Tip from our team of Undercover Parent investigators about “Free” Needles in a School Zone during School hours, presumably left by Portland Harm Reduction Teams or volunteers (allegedly).
Naturally, we headed out to the scene because we’ve been playing undercover to legally exposure Harm Reduction supply distributions that operate AT SCHOOLS.
After we got the hot tip, my son and I rolled out. Like any good father, I take my son on all sorts of adventures because some of the best life lessons are learned in person.
THE BOX OF NEEDLES IN A SCHOOL ZONE
Minutes later, we’re looking at an entire box of “Free” Needles and Syringe Supplies sitting right across the street from a school session while kids are playing on the playground.
Without hesitation we removed said Harmful supplies that you paid for from the premises immediately, and took them home for further inspection.
GOING PUBLIC
My son has been “undercover” with me playing at school parks because that is one of the locations they distribute Needles. On the playground, at the school.
We’ve seen them do it. The first time we saw them, it was a rainy day and they were having their “fun” potluck under the covered area that just happens to have boxes of supplies readily available off to the side. Yep, on the playground at the school.
HOT TIP – ACTUAL
We responded to this tip immediately, and this is exactly how we found it. We intend to look into the sources, cost estimates paid, units distributed, and more to give you a full unbiased look at what’s really happening with Harm Reduction in Portland along with our continued Undercover Investigation, coming soon.
HOW IT STARTED
My son and I go to various school parks after hours to play. We found that groups of people will host what appears to be a “Family” style “Potluck” gathering. It looks fun. Food, music, games, and the people are nice.
In fact, they’re too nice.
What starts as a normal conversation quickly turns into almost forcing you into it, if you go along. You see, this lady was soooo nice, she texted me dozens of times trying to offer us free gear, hats, badges, vests, hard hats, full high-vis vests, all your basic items you’d see left wing extremist protesters with (stay tuned for that Tea).
I want to be clear I am not casting shade on her, I just want you to know what’s happening. It looks cool too, hard hats and gear always is, but when you check to see what you’re supporting by wearing those stickers they put on, we decided to pass. She tried so hard to welcome us in, that it got to the point where it was weird. I had to tell her directly and she got offended. Stay tuned for tea.
After that, I witnessed an OD right in front of me, and provided support until help arrived. More in next article.
THEY’RE NOT ALL BAD
This is important for Right Side Readers to understand that the people who are pushing this are not all bad. Many actually care, and yes some are nefarious, but others are just mentally ill in many cases.
Some care so much it hurts them that you don’t care enough about what they care about, because they care that much. You must care as well, or you’re “weird” to them. That is how they “feel” and it’s an emotional delusion because they care too much, not based on logic or facts.
That’s why you can’t convince many of them of the truth. It’s not about facts for them, it’s in their heart to the core of their “feelz” that you’re a big meanie if you do not agree with them passing out “Free” Needles in School Zones.
They will oppress you and be intolerant while crying out that you’re intolerant of their “care” because it’s an emotional delusion for them, not based in fact.
If it were based in fact, they’d see that forcing anyone to say anything or believe something is in fact intolerant of the other person’s freedoms and rights. I find it odd that those who scream “intolerance” the loudest are being intolerant of the other opinion based in fact.
Why does Portland see large support for Harm Reduction? Many reasons, but here a few people are not talking about yet:
OPIOID SURVIVORS
One of the many reasons we see such support for Harm Reduction, besides just the money for a few, is that some lived through the opioid epidemic themselves, and although Portland has become a magnet for homeless with mental issues, we also have a strong “healing” mentality that we can use to our advantage.
We have under utilized programs with proven results like NA communities with track records of success, I feel more collaboration with those kinds of groups could be beneficial.
AA and NA meeting maps is a GREAT FIRST STEP for all Harm Reduction stations to move in the right direction. Not just Needles, a way out other than the ground.
SERVICE INDUSTRY SUFFERS
This goes for all service industry from hotel receptionists to restaurant servers and the drive thru guy. Although it’s a female dominant demographic, men are included because many are restaurant waitresses, bar servers, or work in accommodation, and they’re disgruntled for more than one reason, so we’ll start there.
First, they get a front row view of the homeless crises every time they go to work, or step out for a break, and many do not know that the Nightlife community helps the homeless quiet a bit, so they’re like family to them in some cases.
Second is because many is “service” industries are often underpaid “ish” and overworked, with another front row view of people spending money and being rude without tipping. Bad mix for a world view if you ask me, and no one is talking about the mental health of “Service and Accommodation Industry” because they get laughed at, too, with McD’s “1st Responder” memes or something.
This category is keen on “Tax the Rich” when serving those with money, so NO TAX ON TIPS is fastest way to help their mental health and housing situations because you’d be surprised how many are struggling while serving you food, and the majority support harm reduction.
Why does this matter?
Because the MediMegaCorps are often one of the largest influencers of local officials. The medical industry in Oregon is massive, and their donations carry huge weight. When you consider they control such a large percentage of power in Portland, Oregon, little things like TAXING TIPS starts to raise questions, like who’s really in control of Oregon? Do they really care about our mental health or do they want it to get worse to provide more care like BG and his old Windows Anti-Virus tricks?
Also, I know many in the Harm Reduction team of volunteers work in food and accommodation based on their gear, meals, and conversation about what they got “from the kitchen” which was the salad lettuce for said convo.
Like I said, you should see their potluck with music in the school park afterhours playing soccer, neverminded the boxes under the tree full of Needles, otherwise it’s fun and the people are nice.
And that’s just it, they don’t even think it’s bad.
Healthcare and 1st Responder Mental Health Turmoil
If you haven’t heard the News, Portland 1st responders have been overwhelmed to some degree with homeless calls. Made apparent by their carefully worded change in policy seen below. However, there is much more to this equation.
Healthcare worker mental health is suffering for many reasons. Imagine being sold a lie about the vaccines and being basically almost forced to do it. They spend their entire lives working up to becoming a Doctor, a hero, only to find they are the villain is some stories.
Imagine knowing like many of us did, and working in the medical field.
Or, being called dozens of times a day to help people suffering. Like this person I helped before support arrived. You could see in on their faces, it takes a toll. Bet
BREAKING NEWS FROM CLACKAMAS OREGON

Man allegedly high on narcotics allegedly resisted arrest, motivating an aggressive response. Many believe it’s justified, many do not. Outside of the Use of Force conversation, we place all blame at the feet of the Industrial Medial Complex and Harm Reduction who elevated all elements in this scenario. From the person who can easily get supplies to use, and the officers being bombarded with these kinds of calls. See previous statement, it takes a toll. Bet
EXTREME CONDITIONS CHANGES PEOPLE
Now picture this. Travel nurses with access to supplies so they abuse it, and they support Harm Reduction with more than just supplies.
I’ve witnessed this with my own eyes, travel nurses getting totally lit on their own supply stolen from work. Make sense though since they are in the medical field. That ended our friendship.
Some in the medical community are real troopers, and they can carry the burden of staring death in the face on a daily basis very well, we are friends with those individuals who are also sick of the current Harm Reduction madness.
Unfortunately, sometimes the constant weight of dealing with death changes people, and some become desensitized to reality as seen by dancing Doctors during Covid-19 when people were suffering. Totally disconnected. This demographic can is know to produce the nefarious bad actors who do things like deny care with no soul.
For me though, and others like me, it’s too much. I would not want to see that.
However, because Portland has such a strong medical community in general, I think that adds to the underlying support of Harm Reduction in general. We would like to see that XP add to the solution.
p.s. I want to be clear these are generalizations for discussion purposes, it’s what we do in my industry as we begin finding solutions, and I am not telling anyone they are something they’re not. If you choose to own it, that’s on you.
SOLUTION BASED CONCEPTS
When you read this, remember there are 4 primary groups of people (more but time is short) who all take something different away from this, so I will call you all out now for full transparency, not an attack.
Group 1: The Believers are so invested, they will pick apart my plan and make it better. Using this article as tough to hear inspiration, or throwing me under the bus because they can do so much better. Good. That is what I want. Beat me. I dare you to actually help people. 😉
Group 2: Evil Admin are not happy we are rocking their corrupt boat, because there’s TONS of money being wasted. So much so we could have already solved the problem. Thus, they are devising ways to keep their phony bologna jobs by taking the idea and finding loopholes, don’t let them do that. Demand accountability.
Group 3: H8ers are not going to change easily, but they are the minority even if exponentially louder than the rest. Ignore them and enjoy their engagement points on your posts as you engage in friendly banter.
Group 4: Everyone else will read this and say, “I’m not paying for that” and they’re right! They should not pay for it. MediMegaCorp Opioid Lawsuit payouts NEED to be used for what they were intended for in merit, not this newly twisted version they call “care” right now. Here is one concept.
CONCEPT
Utilizing existing technology, we reallocate funds to create the A-TEAM of HARM REDUCTION VANS/RVs! Here me out.
I want 6 deluxe A-TEAM Harm Reduction Mobile Command Center Vans that are loaded with everything you need for a real crisis response. Picture the Cool Squad they think they are now, but only actually cool with XP in each category.
Team of 2 Vans in 3 primary areas. Eastside, Westside, Northside.
You need at least 2-3 tents per Van, one for jobs signup like City Trash Pickup and housing station to help with assistance applications, and one for recovery and harm reduction. Separated slightly for space, with a second van for mothers, children’s and family care.
It should not be 24/7 care, we have facilities for that. I recommend a limited schedule so homeless can expect support at certain times, or not, instead of this wishy-washy NGO game. Sun up to sun down 2-3 days a week pending time of year. I would do 3 in the winter and extend times for warming, and with so many vacant businesses, I am sure we can find the right parking lots for temporary crisis response.
Teams of 3 people per category, with 4 categories of support (12 total per team ish) One main manger, an assistant, and some level of medical professional, counselors, or specialized provider included in that, per group of 3 on the team. Strength in numbers and diversity of skillsets. Like a real crisis response team required to have just about everything.
Everything from AA counselors to Job Assistance consulting and help with housing forms. We need more real solutions is my point, with majority focus on recovery, not enabling.
Integrating existing solution are a great place to start. Like Service maps for treatment, not just Needles to use.
Simple things like that could go a long way, and we’ll need all of it.
MY VISION OF POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Every time I picture the solution in my head, I keep coming back to the Save the Storks Vans, only geared for Homeless instead of Moms, with one of those for Moms around the corner, too, imo, tandem team setup for safety and premium levels of actual care that should include options for moms that do not remove her choice. Education, access, and support are what’s needed. We have the tools at our disposal. Let’s re-tool the machine to actually work for people.
CONCLUSION
This is just the beginning, and we’re cutting it short to publish now and yes we understand it’s a very long conversation, but no one else is approaching it like this, so why not US.

It’s time to treat this Mental Health Crisis like an actual Crisis, with Crisis level response teams and collaborative solutions that work, because as of now, we’ve got nothing to show but an NGO.
