In a press release published October 17, 2024, Texas Attorney General Paxton announced he was suing Dr. May Lau over an apparent violation of Texas Senate Bill 14, a Texas law in effect September 2023 upheld by Texas Supreme Court June 2024 that prohibits “gender transition” medical interventions including surgeries, puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones for minors. The SB14 law in Texas also stipulates that the Texas Medical Board, “shall revoke the medical license or other authorization to practice medicine of a physician who violates” SB14 in Texas. Texas Attorney General Paxton press release published October 24, 2025, Paxton announced that “Radical Doctor Surrenders Medical License” in reverence to Dr. May Lau (link below). In the press release, Paxton is quoted saying:
“Doctors who permanently hurt kids by giving them experimental drugs are nothing more than disturbed left-wing activists who have no business being in the medical field,” said Attorney General Paxton. “May Lau has done untold damage to children, both physically and psychologically, and the surrendering of her Texas medical license is a major victory for our state. My case against her for breaking the law will continue, and we will not relent in holding anyone who tries to ‘transition’ kids accountable.”

According to the official Oregon Medial Board records online, Dr. May Lua, the “Radical Doctor” that surrendered her medical license in Texas, is now working in the “OHSU Pediatrics Adolescent Medicine” department.

We looked for this information previously, and were unable to find it when we first look in February. That makes me wonder how long it takes them to update their website. Did they delay adding her name on purpose?
However, the new AI Crawls are working wonders, and we were able to find this page confirming that Dr. May Lau is working at OHSU in the “OHSU Pediatrics Adolescent Medicine” department. Dr. May Lau has been working at OHSU as of 01/01/2026, according to the official Oregon Medical Board records online (link below).
Oregon Medical Board Malpractice
Interesting fact, none of the previous cases by Paxton appear in the Oregon Malpractice Claims area. Like it never happened. Interesting. It says they only report “closed” cases from Oregon, so it does not sound like the cases in Texas will be found, until today.
Hospital Price Transparency
According to the Hospital Price Transparency Rule, “Enforcement of 2026 Requirements Starts April 1” wherein U.S. hospital are required to give “clear, accessible pricing information” regarding the services they provide. It states that “Hospitals must display this information on a publicly available website in 2 ways”
- “A comprehensive machine-readable file (MRF) with all items and services”
- “A consumer-friendly display of shoppable services”
It’s clear to see how displaying this information helps consumers can find items or service the hospital provides and in a user-friendly display of pricing info. Hospitals are now required to do this.
To my knowledge, OHSU has yet to publish all of the pricing according to the Hospital Price Transparency Rules, particularly those prices pertaining to “Gender Affirming Care” services provided.
OHSU and CPS Collude (allegedly)
OHSU and CPS allegedly colluded to falsify evidence submitted as testimony in Family Court. The “allegations” have been founded by a Judge in a Clackamas County Family Court Ruling, but still no justice. The CPS Supervisor lied on the stand, committing perjury using falsified documents/events that she fabricated and/or obtained in part from OHSU medical reports about my son’s health after I was instructed by Sunnyside Clackamas Doctors to take him in for brain scans following a concussion suffered in his mother’s care.
Furthermore, the Oregon CPS Supervisor threatened my on film, which I played during the Court Case. Her threats and lies were exposed, but the damage was done because they were able to almost nullify written abuse claims.
In order to do that, they needed to take my son by force to a “new” different doctor to overrule my son’s doctor from birth. With help from inside the Clackamas County Courthouse, they were able to do that using a falsified Writ of Assistance to raid my home without a warrant.
Oregon Mental Health Crisis
Oregon is in a mental health crisis, with homeless stats off the charts, and 1st responders stretched thin with dwindling budgets. Plus, radical ideology is being pushed in Public schools wherein 82% of transgender individuals have considered killing themselves, and the drama continues to overflow into the streets.
If the stats are that high, why are some Oregon Doctors pushing to keep providing “Gender Affirming Care” services? Do you think it’s for the money?
It seems that money is a big motivator in these decision, and if you’re getting paid to provide the “free” service, you somehow agree with it. Surprise surprise.
Reminds me of the Harm Reduction people who support “Free” Needles in School Zones. In fact, the Harm Reduction teams are so adamant about passing out “Free” Needles in School Zones, that they leave them in boxes of “Free” Needles by the school playgrounds during schools hours.
The End of Portland we Remembered
Portland, Oregon is suffering, but the same policy makers remain in power with no results in sight. It’s that unhinged in Portland, they cheer for failure and ask for more.
Homeless is up over 60% in recent years, with nothing to show but an NGO. The land of “Free” Needles in School Zones and homeless as far as the eye can see, but you’d better not report it, or you’re a bad father according to some leftist-extremists.
What’s even more funny about the “Free” Needles in School Zones is that its so prevalent, we received a report about a box outside of a school during school hours. We went to secure the supplies so a child did not get hurt, and were later accused of endangering for removing them.
CPS Report Retaliation for Reporting Harm Reduction
Now, we get more threats of CPS reports to try and take my son away at the same time my EX is trying to modify a fraudulent custody order for full custody. This all comes after we reported the principal of Echo Shaw to the FBI, and I demanded stolen property back from my son’s mother who has been using it in Public Schools, and the “Free” Needles in School Zones. Interesting.
Clackamas County Family Court Corruption (allegedly)
In Clackamas County, Oregon, Family Court corruption runs rampant as Courthouse Employees are allowed to interfere with custody cases, at great expense to Clackamas County and it’s residents via exhausting budgets. Which begs the question as to why Family Courts are utilizing so much resources to pursue good parents? Do you think it could be for the money?
The Judges presiding, court reporters, Sheriffs, office staffing, Doctors, Therapists, GALs, power/lighting, water, it’s all adds up, but some argue that spending days of the court’s time on frivolous proceedings for Family Court lies is unjustified use of funds.
You tell me. Should court employees and CPS be allowed to lie and threaten a Father on video?
Should Court Staff be allowed to falsely claim stalking to interfere with custody? How is any of this legal or acceptable?
How can some Portlanders cry “Due Process” screaming injustice for migrants, while ignoring total violation of rights and due process for Americans?
Conclusion
The fact Dr. May Lau has been allowed to keep working at OHSU in the “OHSU Pediatrics Adolescent Medicine” department further tarnishes the sinking reputation of OHSU Hospital.
The once prestigious hospital is now the laughing stock of the medical community for continuing to push harmful gender agenda, and holding the line in defense of experimental jabs that have been proven to increase many issues, but that’s for another article.
Many who work at OHSU are great, but the systemic abuse, cover-ups, and censorship is very real. Recently, OHSU was hit with a $17M Lawsuit for allegedly putting a heart valve in upside down. The way they allegedly handled that situation is yet another example of their negligence that almost cost a child’s life.
Now, OHSU is still holding the line pushing radical harmful gender ideology that just happens to be very profitable for them. How profitable? I guess we’ll have to wait and see if they comply with federal order by listing all their prices, or continue insurrection level deception with lack of care.
Historically, my family and friends have all participated in big check style fundraisers is support of OHSU and their work. However, I am not sure how many would support OHSU now, especially when the true majority of the public does not accept the Child Mutilation Op lies they keep pushing for profit.
