IndyCar Portland was a blast! Will Power captured his second straight PIR win (and third overall), driving his #12 Verizon Team Penske Chevy to victory, and we had the time of our lives watching the show.
Our 1st IndyCar in Portland
This was our 1st IndyCar Portland event we’ve ever attended, so it was extra special.

But it wasn’t just the racing that brought the excitement. Portland made it a full weekend experience. From food carts and family activities to live music, the Dirt Darlings country line dance team for a cause, and even cool misting stations, fans had plenty to enjoy both on and off the track.
The food was great and prices were reasonable. My son had the corn dogs for $7 and the wood fire pizza was only $7 bucks, too. Great prices for an event if you ask me. I think we paid $10 or $15 at the airshow and the pizza was not nearly as good. Just saying.

Plus, my son Leonidas Zone, got to do a TV interview and his joke was the best! They love it so watch for Leo on ESPN.
IndyCar Portland so much fun, we can’t wait for NASCAR Portland coming this weekend!
