Before we dive in, it’s important to know that I am not “Anti-Data Center” in general, even though we all know they are being used to track everyone (more on that later), and I actually “own” towers in those Data Center clouds. Virtual Private Server or VPS is the most common term used to describe the many different models/packages/setups you can run, and we use multiple as well, but the VPS is basically a giant tower in a mega Data Center room with rows and rows of computer towers, just like the movies.
We use them to help people and businesses, others use them for Self-Driving cars, and yes, there’s a few nefarious bad actors who use Data Center computing power to track our movements with ill intent. More on that later…
However, people are speaking up from within to mitigate obvious damage being done by large corporations ignoring basic environmental ethics. With that said, I have a unique understanding of the pros and many cons of Data Centers.
BREAKING – We reached out for comment on Oregon’s Data Center Toxic Water Crisis, and Jim Doherty for State Representative responded with a BREAKING Press Release that just dropped. Although we have posted our support of his efforts previously, this is the 1st time we’ve reached out to Jim Doherty for comment and he replied very rapidly, which is cool. Here is what he said:

We have just received breaking new information updates on this story pertaining to Greg Smith, one of the many government officials behind the surge of Data Centers in Oregon. After being voted guilty of violating ethics 7-0 unanimously, somehow Greg Smith is still allowed to run for office. See our original report about Greg Smith’s involvement below.
Now, we’ve received over a dozen pages of NEW INFO about the Data Centers and everyone involved, including the money trail.
We told you that we want to know where that “over $100M dollars” Amazon paid to Oregon Officials involved in the Data Center land grabs went, and that’s exactly we’re going to do. Where’s the money? Who took it? Let’s find out…
Well, the truth is starting to come out that both sides of the political aisle are involved, and the silence from Tina Kotek and Christine Drazan is deafening. Tell me you’re part of the problem without telling me you’re part of the problem.

GREG SMITH GETS SUPPORT FROM OREGON BEEF AND DAIRY
Greg Smith is raising money faster than at any point in his 26-year career, and that’s clear to see when comparing previous years with 2026, a much short window of time this year from January 1 through April 13, showing the spike in donations.
Interesting facts, coming immediately after he was found to be so unethical. Almost like the fact they he can be purchased is a good thing.
BOTTLE WATER CRISIS IN OREGON
More than 600 families in Morrow County have been placed on bottled water due to nitrate contamination of the Lower Umatilla Basin groundwater, and Oregon’s first-ever groundwater emergency was declared over the crisis.
Many have pointed the finger at farmers for years. However, policies changed and technology advanced to help mitigate the known issues all while a new larger contributor to the contamination was lurking in the background, growing with every swipe.
Blaming farmers for all the water contamination is just not fair, and it’s not accurate anymore. Steps have been taken to mitigate farm impacts, and many have gone more natural, but Data Centers are an entirely different beast with little to no regulation. Do regulations even matter though when you’re violating Waste Water Permits over 1,200+ times in one year? Cough, Port of Morrow, Cough.
So who’s donating to Greg Smith? Let’s take a look at just a few.
Several companies connected to the contamination litigation appear among Smith’s most significant recent donors.
Beef Northwest Feeders and its owner John R. Wilson Jr. gave on the exact same day, April 11, 2026
Plus, Wilson had no prior donation history with Greg Smith. His first-ever contribution arrived the same day his company’s check did.
OLD RHETORIC BLAME THE FARMER GAME
To me, it feels like Greg Smith might actually be Fearmongering Beef and Dairy using old busted rhetoric to scare them into supporting him using misinformation scare tactics. I know there are land interests at play as well, coming soon, but I want to specifically call out the old rhetoric on purpose.
Why? Because it’s not fair, or accurate. Farmers and the rural farm community take great efforts to do things right, whereas “MegaCorp” anything always puts profits over people. Real Farmers don’t do that.
First, MegaFarms that cause huge catastrophes are NOT anything like a local farm that cares. It’s the sheer scale and pursuit of profits over care that separates them, not just herd count.
Second, Farms have advanced, while Data Centers can seemly do whatever they want. Crying about farms and Pacific Seafood while ignoring thousands of violations related to Data Centers is diabolical. Clearly showing targeting and favoritism. More below.

TINA DRAZAN SMITH – TDS 10000
Tina Kotek, Christine Drazan, and Greg Smith are all connected, in more ways than one. Let’s take a look at just a few before we really dive in.
To get a better understanding of how someone could possibly get away with violating Ethics so many times, and still run for office without the other side calling them out, we must look at some of the other people supporting Greg Smith.
SMART Local 16 PAC, a Portland-based union political committee with somewhat extreme views and members, gave Data Center Sellout Greg Smith $7,000 in March this year (2026). Weird.
Greg is found guilty of violating ethics 7-0 and next thing you know he’s getting more donations.
Furthermore, that same PAC gave $50,000 to Democratic Governor of Oregon Tina Kotek. Weird, but wait, the plot sickens!
They also gave $25,000 to Democratic Attorney General Dan Rayfield. The same special interest group funding Oregon’s Democratic governor and attorney general is also one of Greg Smith’s biggest donors.
But we’re not done!
BIG PHARMA FUNDING GREG SMITH
In the current election cycle, 66% of every dollar Greg Smith has raised came from a Political Action Committee (PAC) — the highest PAC share in at least a decade. Less than 4 cents of every dollar he has raised over his career has come from inside House District 57.
• Big pharma (PhRMA, Pfizer, Eli Lilly) has given $8,000 this cycle. PhRMA alone gave a $5,000 single donation. PhRMA is headquartered in Washington D.C.
• Big tobacco (Altria, Reynolds American) has contributed thousands over the years and continues donating this cycle.
BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER
Like 3 moths flock to the flame, so doth Tina Kotek, Christine Drazan, and Greg Smith chase the bag, of money. Like puppets of the same master, you don’t see or hear a peep out of Kotek or Drazan about Greg Smith being GUILTY of Violating Ethics 7-0, stay tuned for those cases in our New Series coming THIS WEEK!

Tina Drazan Smith ditched on Oregonians in our time of need. When we needed it most, she was busy being a Rhino, in my opinion based on the facts I am looking at. What do you think?
To be fully transparent, the Christine Drazan donation were a couple years ago, but that’s just as bad, if not worse. While Oregonians we struggle to recover from the biggest medical scandal the world has ever seen, Tina Drazan Smith ditched us all because the she was too busy making out like a BANDIT at our expense.
Taking our lands for foreign powers, raising power bills from all the AI, and protecting things like Tina Kotek Staffer mugshots during the same time. Now, her rally behind the Democrats to hide said mugshots makes more sense to me. Did she get paid for that? Kinda looks like she might have been compensated in some way. If a heavy heavy Tina Kotek supporter gives you money, something is more than fishy!

Data Center NDA and Withholding Info
Data Centers are relatively new in the grand scheme of things, so little has been released about overall impact these giant computer server rooms have on the environment.
Worse yet, the data and information we do receive is often redacted, misleading, or half truths missing pertinent details, all while other officials have been caught in bold faced lies resulting in Oregon ethics commission 7-0 vote that “state legislators in Oregon illegally manipulated his job.”
The scary part is we may never know the full truth anyway, not with how many NDAs are flying around. The Data Center topic is so murky, I’ve been sent NDAs to sign for just talking about it. I declined to sign.
If a public official signs an NDA from a MegaCorp, who do they actually work for at that point? Can an elected official who’s supposed to represent the people really do their job if they’ve signed an NDA with a corporation? Or, do they work for the corporation at that point? It’s one thing to go play a round of golf and chat business with colleges, but signing an NDA is deep in the rough territory if you know what I mean.
Personally, I believe it’s highly-unethical, and all politically officials who signed an NDA should be removed. Maybe that’s just me though.

Oregon officials have been quietly selling out out to big data center and industrial solar developers for years, with a new EXASCALE Data Center on the horizon that comes with additional mega industrial solar farms to power the Data Center.

PacicfiCorp is “not obligated to request ODOE involvement”
This power line is for the New Exascale Data Center and this doc clears a path for “Eminent Domain” land grabs by PacicfiCorp, and by subverting Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) they get to quietly keep all the power from themselves while raising your bills, just like the Solar Projects.

The majority of the Green Energy Initiatives and Tax Credits behind the Data Centers and Industrial Solar are Democrat back projects. Greg Smith Allowed to Run in Primary Even After Oregon Ethics Commission Votes Against Him
Here’s the fishy part though, they are waiting to investigate the until after the primary. Yep, more on that later, because we’re not done, just one more reason why we can’t trust the “Establishment” Democrats and Republican Rhinos. They are the same beast. Rhino Republicans are Democrats in disguise.
Amazon Secretly Paying Oregon Officials
Has Amazon been secretly paying Oregon officials behind the scenes to grease the wheels for Data Centers? Yes, “Amazon paid Oregon official’s company more than $100M while seeking data center deals.“
You really need to look at all of these together, because the Green Graph does not include the All New LARGEST Solar Farm Project that Amazon just purchased. That is in addition to the smaller one we already have seen here, and they want to keep the power for the Data Center in my opinion based on the plans and on the way they avoided that direct question.
Plus, there’s even more! There is another project proposal going through right now that is a 21 Square Mile Solar Farm in Juniper Flat Oregon. Sub Save Juniper Flat and stay tuned for more on that, too.

Amazon to Pay $20.5 Million in Settlement
While Amazon still denies it, they are paying. The fact Data Centers make water contamination worse is clear, and so is the science behind it. Even if you believe social media lies that the water is “clean” without descaling agents, the water is still coming out warm. That’s a big problem. Let me explain…
Warmer Water Ends Salmon and Exacerbates Water Contamination
Yes, there have been water contamination concerns in Boardman from farm fertilizer, and Port of Morrow issues, among others. However, the Data Centers are clearly exacerbating the toxic water issues. Here is why.
Warm water breaks down the existing fertilizer much faster than natural rain. Like sugar in hot coffee vs cold water, which takes forever to breakdown. So the millions of gallons of supposedly “clean” water they dump to cycle water in their supposedly “closed” systems comes out a little warm. That’s a huge concern in and of itself.
After it breaks down the existing chemicals, the warmer water evaporates, concentrating the chemicals, even if the water “was” clean when they dumped it.
They’ve been successful at pointing the finger at the farmers in past years, but that’s not fair and the truth is out. All of those chemicals they lied to everyone including the farmers about over the years get released with the warm water, rapidly, instead of slowly breaking down more naturally.
We know this is an issue, and the warmer water ends Salmon all on it’s own as countless studies have shown. We need to stop taking farmland and developing it, saying “oh gee I didn’t know” because they do.
