Data Centers have now been Classified as National Security concern, and we’re seeing the result of that playing out in real time right before our very eyes.
I’ve been watching this just like many of you, and you never really know how fast “they” are going to roll something like this out, but the writing has been on the wall, and we just got confirmation that Data Centers are now indeed Classified as National Security in actual practice.
Please note, this does not change my position on Data Centers or our volume as a team. We must stay the course in protest as we come along side the beast. Like I’ve said before, we actually own towers in those Data Center “clouds” so we knew this was coming, now it’s time for you to wake up.

OREGON’S 1st EVER TOXIC WATER CRISIS
Many already know about the water contamination crisis happening now in Boardman, Oregon, but most do not actually know how bad it truly is for the people living there.
It’s a nightmare.
More than 600 families in Morrow County have been placed on bottled water due to nitrate contamination of the Lower Umatilla Basin groundwater. Oregon’s first-ever groundwater emergency was declared over the crisis.
Local farmer Jim Doherty has been tracking the contamination levels and he blew the whistle on the issues to be the voice for the people when no one else would speak up.
Nearly all of the local officials have all been paid for silence to some degree. Either from land deal NDAs to actually accepting part of the $100M Amazon paid out to Oregon officials, it seems like everyone is on the “take” in the region, except Jim.
In fact, the situation is so bad, that Jim Doherty decided to run for office with the Data Center Accountability Act to protect the people and the lands. We approve this message.
NEW DATA CENTER WAR OF TOMORROW
For myself, and Jim from what I understand, it’s not necessarily the Data Center that is the ultimate problem when you look at how all MegaCorps behave historically. They have a track record for doing almost this exact same maneuver every time.
Move in with new industry and takeover land, and resources with no regard for the people holding only profits in mind. It’s what they do, and we need real solutions, not just talk.
That is yet another reason why I think everyone should strongly consider the “Oregon Data Center Accountability & Resource Protection Act” very seriously, and for what I am about to show you. Keep reading.
New emerging industries demands rapid growth and large corporations (MegaCorp) will ALWAYS cut corners to take advantage of existing policies that have not caught up to the changing times.
I feel that is where we are today, supported by the fact that several companies connected to the contamination litigation appear among Smith’s most significant recent donors.
Basically, the people in office who are supposed to be protecting us, are not doing their job. If we were able to put real solid individuals in power that will stand up for Oregonians, we have a chance, but if people follow the “establishment” on either side, we may very well be overrun by the New Industrial Data War Complex.
We need NON-Establishment leaders or BOTH sides may betray us with the amount of funding behind these projects.
If you choose ANYONE who’s part of the “Establishment” we will most likely lose ground/land/resources to the MegaCorp who will show no regard to the water purity, people, or wildlife.
You hear people say “existential threat” way to much, but I feel like it fits here in “some” future projections of “possible” things to come. We need NON-Establishment leaders who are not afraid to stand up to this very possible “existential threat” to our water and lands if it’s not managed properly FOR THE PEOPLE, not against them as we’ve been experiencing in Oregon.
We need strong leaders that cannot be bought. That is the key. Don’t believe me? Meet the first to be officially consumed by the New Industrial Data War Complex. Entire town could not stop it.

The truth is usually somewhere in the middle of the extremist views points pushed around on either side, and more than one thing can be true at the same time. That is important to remember.
It is true that Data Center are taking water and destroying farmlands, and it’s true that we are in a Data Arms Race like we’ve never seen that we cannot lose.
The repercussions of losing such race are ones we’d rather not face. We need a middle ground, and we need it fast.
Anyone that’s part of the “Establishment” may very well betray us for the money from MegaCorp who will show no regard to the water purity, people, or wildlife. That is a fact and you know it. Both sides will do it, because they already have!
Choose wisely my friends, because if you go with the “establishment” you can expect the same classic double talk while developments continue. It’s what both sides do. Time for a change in my opinion.
DATA CENTER AND NATONAL DEFENSE
It’s easy to say that we don’t need any Data Centers and that we should all live off-grid, and I get that. What do you do though when the hostile neighboring Nation has all powerful AI tracking and robots that you don’t have? Answer, you lose your land. We can’t let that happen.
We need to find balance, that works to keep us safe without invading privacy or destroying the lands. If we build a bunch of Data Centers to keep us safe from other rival AI bots, but destroy our lands in the process, it doesn’t make sense. If we don’t build the Data Center and let an army of AI Robot Dogs from China takeover, or more likely a drone swarm attack from a parked van aimed at critical infrastructure, it doesn’t make sense. We need real balance.
In the same breath, we need to address the glaring issue that powerful AI is already invading our privacy in what would be considered “unconstitutional” surveillance as “they” “Flock” the National (more on that soon because Oregon Supreme Court recently made an interesting ruling regarding Constitutional Privacy that resulted in the release of a convicted child predator).
HYPERSCALE DATA CENTER PROJECT BACKED BY MILITARY
Yesterday, May 4th 2026, The Salt lake Tribune reported: “On Monday, the county’s three commissioners are set to decide whether to approve a “hyperscale” data center and energy project backed by the Military Installation Development Authority and investor Kevin O’Leary, after postponing the decision last week amid pressure from protesters urging caution and state leaders calling for a faster timeline.”
They continue with water usage, however, this is just one project, and Texas has over 600+ including their very own HYPERSCALE project, too.
MILITARY DATA CENTERS CLASSIFIED AS NATIONAL SECURITY
In an article published in March earlier this year, Emily Harding, the Director of the Intelligence, National Security, and Technology (INT) Program and vice president of the Defense and Security Department (DSD) at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, said that:
“U.S. government will view an attack on critical U.S. companies’ assets as an attack on the United States”
ATTACK ON DATA CENTERS
There have already been attacks on Data Centers, and they are disruptive to modern society. This bring into question, what is important to you? Do you value the high-tech gadgets and cell phones with WiFi everywhere? Or, do you prefer off-grid?
Like many, I enjoy both. There are always extremes on either side, and I love being off-grid for sure. However, the majority of us are using Data Centers during our day-to-day life in one form or another.
From ATMS and the Social Media, to the website hosting and even lots of new vehicles these days (more on that soon), are all using AI in some way. This makes this primary targets for any adversary with ill intent.
What finally tipped the scale make Data Centers a National Security Concern?

SOLUTIONS TO THE DATA CENTER ARMS RACE
This is a long ongoing conversation that needs to begin publicly, immediately. Let’s get started.
Fact: Data Centers are now Military Ops, and if one is not, they’ll get a contract sooner or later. That said…
Do you think we as a Nation should be focus on protecting them in a group? Like Texas? They’re getting over 600+ AND key players of Wall Streets are moving to Texas, too. Plus, they do have a lot of land…just thinking out loud, but there’s also people in Texas that are very concerned. In fact, almost everyone is concerned about it to some degree. Let’s keep the conversation going.
Can we put Data Centers in Space? Companies like “Starcloud” are already planning on it. It’s cold, so you don’t need water for cooling. I like this plan, but see some difficulties.
Does Oregon really need that many Data Centers? … if it’s going to make US a potential military target? You know that’s where “they” are going to aim. I am actually OK with more if it were done transparently AFTER we rapidly address the current Water Crisis being ignored and move forward in an educated direction and explore other suitable sites that are not on prime farmlands with potential to cause catastrophic water issues. WATER PURIFICATION SOLUTIONS – MY PERSONAL NOTES
We need to tackle this from every direction. Data Centers need to be looking into alternate setups, locations, and chem so as to avoid “forever” chemicals contaminating water supplies.
Simultaneously, WE THE PEOPLE need to make serious advancement in the water purification department. I want to be clear that I am not an expert in this field, however, I have made them, just not at this scale or design.
Let’s take a look at a few of my notes. These are not completed, however, I truly feel we need to get the ball rolling NOW and all help is appreciated.
Ultimately, I’d rather cheer on the right team’s plan from people even more qualified to do such projects than myself, but no one has stepped forward that I know of. Most are going all out against Data Centers, understandably, but we need to come alongside at some point or we will be overtaken either way.
Therefore, I am not waiting, this has the possibility to be an existential water crisis if we do nothing. Stepping up now can mitigate potential disaster into a somewhat manageable reality where we survive drinking clean water. Change is coming whether we like it or not though, so get on board with my all new Deluxe Inverted Bioretention Cell concept. Or not.
First, let me show you what they have in Boardman, Oregon that is not working. This is from an exclusive source who lives in the area.
BIORETENTION CELLS – DELUXE EDITION
This is not the end all solution by any means, but it a GREAT place to start seeing how we know they work extremely well and they can be completed with cost effective planning when done correctly. If combined with other advancements, we may even see better results than expected, if any at all. You tell me.
What is a Bioretention cell? Bioretention cells are shallow landscaped depressions designed to capture, treat, and infiltrate storm water runoff. They are commonly used for cleaning water from surfaces like parking lots and rooftops.
By using specially engineered soil, mulch, and native plants, these Bioretention cell systems filter pollutants (such as heavy metals and microplastics), reduce runoff temperatures, and recharge groundwater.

Several plants common to or suitable for the Pacific Northwest (PNW) are highly effective at consuming nitrates from water and soil. Key choices include fast-growing aquatic plants for water filtration and robust cover crops for soil remediation.
Aquatic & Pond Plants (High Nitrate Consumption)
These plants are excellent for nutrient export in ponds or aquariums, particularly during the growing season in the PNW:
Hornwort (Ceratophyllum demersum): A, fast-growing, submerged plant that “sucks up” nitrates rapidly.
Watercress (Rorippa nasturtium-aquaticum): Highly effective at removing nitrogen, it grows well in cool, running water or pond margins.
Duckweed (Lemna minor): A very fast-growing floating plant with a high capacity for nitrogen uptake.
Water Lettuce (Pistia stratiotes): A floating plant that can significantly reduce nitrogen levels (up to 83% in some studies).
Water Sprite (Ceratopteris thalictroides): A fast-growing plant that can be submerged or float, acting as a “nitrate sponge”.
Water Smartweed (Polygonum amphibium): A native, hardy plant effective at treating pond water.
Arrowhead (Sagittaria spp.): Often used in floating wetlands to improve water quality in stormwater retention.
Inverted shows a higher rate of removal. Plus, I see a possible opportunity for a Mycelium layer via buried mushroom starter logs.
INVERTED BIORETENTION CELLS SHOW PROMISING RESULTS
Inverted Bioretention systems are widely used in sponge city to reduce the pollution caused by urban stormwater. However, limited nitrogen removal is observed in conventional bioretention systems due to the low nitrate elimination efficiency.
Imagine an inverted bioretention system developed by setting a gravel layer above a soil layer, with an anoxic zone formed to enhance biological denitrification.
Inverted biological retention system, with the soil placed on the bottom, allows runoff to be stored on the gravel layer above, and drains slowly.
The retained water hinders the absorption of oxygen, establishing an anoxic zone with suitable redox potential for microbial denitrification in the soil. Hsieh et al. (2007) and Lin et al. (2019) noted efficient removal of ammonium (68 ± 16%) in pilot-scale inverted bioretention studies but also nitrate export (54 ± 22% greater than input) was demonstrated. Bioretention with a soil layer at the bottom draining slowly could promote nitrification/denitrification process.
The variables investigated included bioretention configurations, hydraulic loading rate and inundation time.
The results indicated that, in inverted bioretention systems the water detention time was increased 110.2‐–139.5%, and the hydraulic retention time was increased by 3.0–6.6 h.
Besides, the total runoff reduction rate and the runoff peak reduction rate of the inverted bioretention system was higher than the conventional bioretention system by 11.8–29.4% and 30.4–62.7% respectively.
Using inverted bioretention system, 72.9–100% of the NO3−-N was removed as compared with −126.6-46.1% by the conventional bioretention system.
Significant correlation between the effluent concentration of NO3−-N and the inundation time was observed. When the inundation time was prolonged to 24 h, good performance on nitrate removal was exhibited in both conventional and inverted bioretentions.
STAGE NOTES:
Cell Stage 1 one would look like a giant gravel parking lot with some half buried logs for the mycelium. App. 2-4 acres to absorb 1 million gallons.
Cell Stage 2 two is about 0.5 acre that’s much deeper, loaded with plants, and will flow through lazy river with sand areas and marshlands that flows to cell 3
Cell Stage 3 Cell is about 1 acre that’s half as deep, loaded with more plants, and might flow through a lazy river style water feature with sand areas and marshlands that flows to the final stage that will be a pretty lake environment or sent to irrigation.
It might almost look like a Rice Patty Field when the diff. Cell Stages are all filled up. We may need a pre-cooling radiator to cool the water/sludge first pending how hot it comes out and that varies depending on what they’re doing…anyway, I have a solution in mind for that too.
What do you think? Good examples of what it could look like are Westmorland Park Eco Area and Foster Floodplain Natural Area with a large gravel looking lot of half buried logs to dump the water. We are mid Data Center boom, and they will build them anyway, so we might as well figure out how to make them somewhat sustainable seeing how we have dozens to mitigate loss at this point anyway. I want the initial construction jobs they bring, but that does not last, so what do we do? We Build Bioretention Cells with Mushrooms so we get the best of both worlds.”

It will look like an overgrown gravel parking lot with Mushroom logs next to marshlands type area with a lazy river sand filter between cells 2 and 3 and 4 on the way out to irrigation or for them to reuse.
CONCLUSION – CONVERSATION
At the end of the day, we need Data Centers to survive in a way, against other rival Nations. In that respect, the fact there is already more than one HYPERSCALE Data Center going up in the USA is a good thing if you’re talking about National Defense.
For the people and the land, this could mean catastrophe if we continue to let things play out unchecked.
Balance needs to be found, and WE THE PEOPLE need to make Water Purification a State/National priority. From filters and alternative methods and locations, to exploring all natural solutions humanly possible, we need to do it all, now, as if our live depend on it because it may.
If you select an “Establishment” politician, you can expect to be sold-out with the level of funding behind these Data Centers. We need strong leadership that values the people of Oregon and the lands.
Put our differences aside and look at the only people who are not bought and paid for like Jim Doherty, David Medina, and Jonathan Lockwood. There are more, but the list of honorable people is very short. Regardless of what you feel about some of their decisions, each of the individuals I just mentioned stepped up to it to face the music, and they’re still here!
We need people like that. Like Jim who’s out getting sample on his own to speak up and help protect the people. Like David who’s on the streets talking to WE THE PEOPLE and listens, plus, he’s not going to take a MegaCorp bribe to destroy the lands under our feet. Balance is needed. Not one sided rules all. Not the “establishment” uniparty. We need David Medina for Oregon Data Center Wartime Readiness.
Who will enforce the Data Center Accountability Act if WE THE PEOPLE choose Jim? I know that Medina would represent the people and not back down. We do not need weaklings’ at the table during Data Wartime readiness, especially with Greg Smith, “bully” Rep Kropf and Tina Kotek seemingly doing whatever they want to everyone.
At the beginning, I showed you the entire town filled the massive gym in Utah, and they couldn’t stop it. Wake up fam because that is our future, and with friends like Christine Drazan, you can count on US being sold out, because they already did it in my opinion.
The sooner we accept reality and move to legally counter at a team, the better. Sooner or later you will be on our team anyway. We are winning! Let’s do this fam!
