Tobias Read has been gaslighting Oregonians about voter fraud for years, even after confirmed cases where illegal aliens were found to be voting in Oregon elections, and Oregon AG Dan Rayfield declined to prosecute them.

YES! Illegal Aliens have voted in Oregon elections. That is a proven fact as reported by the MSM News. Even with a twist to validate their errors, MSM cannot hide from the fact that Illegal Aliens were found to be voting in Oregon elections.

Voter Fraud happened in Oregon, fact, but it is still happening? Well, with something like this, you usually do not get final confirmation that it did actually happen until way after the fact.

Is it possible that Tina Peters was right about possible election fraud? After seeing a comment claiming and Oregon ballot had Colorado tracking, it raises serious new questions in my opinion.

UPDATE 2: 5/27/26

TIMELINE:

November 2025, John Anderson (tagged below 5/22/26 update) filed an official allegation with the State of Oregon Regarding “See-Thru Ballots” and he reports much difficulty in just getting the report submitted. He says the button does not work and the site information is wrong, so you cannot file a claim. I can confirm I have also had issues with missing/misinformation regarding the State website as well.

After finally getting his Security Concerns Reported, Anderson was ignored but Dan Rayfield and Tobias Read. Months went by, the very same months under dispute by Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley, who are accusing Kurt Olsen of not finding election issues. Well, it looks like Oregon Officials have been hiding possible election issues that may span back to that time frame.

Tobias Read has seemingly ignored valid voter fraud and security concerns, as well as 800,000 voter rolls he missed, exposing a derelict system with vulnerabilities and/or mismanagement beyond belief. Pick one, or both, because after finding 800,000 you do not get to say you’re doing a good job at that point. Was this done on purpose to hide it?

5/22/26 PNW Social updates this “Mail-In Ballot Mystery” article with new information including “See-Thru Ballot Security Envelopes”

Later that same day, 5.22/26, the Oregon Department of Justice finally issued a response to Anderson. After gaslighting Anderson for months, Dan Rayfield and Tobias Read were finally forced into action.

5/26/26 Oregon Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley called for Kurt Olsen’s removal as director of election security and integrity at the White House, only after Anderson had been voicing “election security” concerns for some time, and it was finally published.

This highlights Tobias Read and Dan Rayfield’s systemic gaslighting of valid voter fraud questions and election security concerns for an extended period.

Was this done on purpose to pass time in order to remove Kurt Olsen in an attempt to cover alleged possible historic election security breaches?

Why are Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley attacking election integrity officials instead of working with them, especially with 800,000 missed voter rolls under their nose?

It looks like collusion to me. Tobias Read and Dan Rayfield drag their feet and gaslight long enough for Merkley and Wyden to remove Kurt Olsen, and then get away with previous See-Thru ballots that are alleged to go all the way back to the Kate Brown era.

If this turns out to be true, it could break the case wide open for Trump regarding his election scandal, too.

To say this clearly, Mr. President, please come investigate Oregon Elections because possible voter security concerns pertaining to possible previous election fraud that has been reported on public record prior to Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley claims.

Furthermore, please investigate Tobias Read and Dan Rayfield for what appears to be an attempt to hide such allegations from you, sir, that could date as far back as the Presidential election of 2020.

Tobias Read and Dan Rayfield continue to pass the buck, investigating each other into nowhere, NO MORE!

Official Oregon Ballot Drop Site closes early, before 8pm. All of the information on the State of Oregon website says that “Official” locations are open until 8pm from the time the ballots are mailed until the last day. There are a few locations they specify changes due to construction, this is not one of them.

The State of Oregon failed to properly write the T&C for locations and times open. The Official Ballot Drop Site in question (library), closed at 6pm, however, nothing on the Oregon State website shows that. In fact, even their Google Maps link with all the locations says 8pm on it, too.

This highlights the systemic failure of Oregon’s Voting policies, lack of proper oversight (it’s a GOV building so no excuses as to why Tobias Read didn’t know the times), and/or blatant possible Voter Fraud and/or Intention Election Interference by Tobias Read, among others.

I am not trying to stir up any controversy, I simply do not know Oregon’s election-reporting software well enough to explain these anomalies.

The denominator of “Active Registered Voters” should not change — that should have been locked in on May 1 with the most-recent update. And certainly not be changing on election night during an active ballot count.

At 9:45 it shows 3,088,201 active voters

At 10:45, an hour later, it drops to 2,967,511 — a difference of 120,690 voters

At 4:45 am, it shows 3,018,414 — an increase of 50,903 from 10:45pm and -69,787 from the start at 9:45pm

As of this post, no new totals on either votes or voters. Does anyone have familiarity with the system and why that denominator changed twice?”

• How was it changed?
• Can I get a copy of my voter registration history?

POSSIBLE CAMPAIGN INTERFERENCE BY GREG SMITH AND/OR HIS SUPPORTERS AGAINST OPPONENT, JIM DOHERTY

We allege possible Oregon Election Campaign Fraud and/or Interference by Greg Smith directly and/or his supporters due to the ever stacking pile of circumstantial evidence, and the trail of money that leads to all parties.

In addition to suspicious funding, Greg Smith seems to be above the law, wherein Dan Rayfield has seemingly let him off the hook so he can run for office against amidst lawsuits and Ethics charges. Unreal.

But we’re not even close to finished!

There seems to be a coordinated attacked on Jim Doherty that’s seemingly orchestrated by those loyal to Greg Smith.

One thing we still need, Oregon Legislative Assembly staff payroll, and it’s public record.

We been running low on time (again), but a public records request would most likely confirm that Ryan Smith appears on the state legislative payroll simultaneously with his campaign payments, highlighting glaring conflicts of interest.

The dates of his monthly campaign payments starting November 2024 can be cross-referenced against any state employment records.

Plus, everyone should know that anyone can file Oregon Ethics Commission complaints, and we should file multiple in my opinion, using the same statute that applies to Greg Smith’s double-dipping (ORS 244). Correct me if I am wrong but I believe that would apply to staff in similar arrangements.
